Super cute and flattering look, 2 layered top, the stripes are offset from looking too normal with random paint/dye design splats and marks. T shirt band at bottom pulls in the blousey effect. Cap sleeves. From a fancy expensive boutique, but I think it belongs in casual wear. Looks great with jeans! Comes with attached white tank.
